My name is Anne Schmidely. I help businesses become more efficient by structuring, simplifying and making their administrative organisation more reliable.
My career has not followed a straight line, but rather a series of choices guided by the same desire: to understand how things really work — so that they can be made simpler, smoother and more efficient.
From the flexibility of small organisations to the rigour of large multinational companies, my career has taken me from Yverdon-les-Bains to Hamburg, via Paris, before bringing me back to Switzerland, to Biel/Bienne. This diversity has taught me agility, rigour and the ability to adapt quickly to complex environments.
Finance, team management, customer service, office management: whatever the context, my approach remains the same — focus on what matters and get things moving in practical terms. With more than twenty years of experience across a range of industries, I work with method, pragmatism and common sense.
I value tangible results, processes that work and direct communication. I work in French, German and English to make communication easier and collaboration simpler — and, above all, more effective.
why Clever Admin?
the spark behind the project
For a long time, I had wanted to offer administrative and accounting support to small businesses and independent professionals.
It was only when I started planning and setting up a business for a customer that everything fell into place. I quickly came up against the sheer volume of administrative tasks: insurance, authorities, banks, IT tools to set up, documents to organise... All essential, but often time-consuming and cumbersome.
One thing became clear: an entrepreneur cannot do everything alone. Getting bogged down in administration means spending time and energy on things that are not at the heart of their business.
Where many people see a constraint, I found genuine satisfaction. Organising, structuring, anticipating, optimising: these tasks are exactly where I thrive.
My role is simple: whatever you find complex, tedious or discouraging, I take care of it with pleasure, rigour and efficiency.
