• European Union and United States — Microsoft 365 Business tools (Word, Excel, etc.); data is primarily stored in European data centres, although Microsoft Corporation remains subject to US law (Cloud Act).

 

These transfers abroad are governed by the safeguards provided for under Article 16 para. 2 FADP, in particular the applicable standard contractual clauses entered into with these service providers, thereby ensuring an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
